OPE Notifications
Notifications pop up in three places in the OPE drawer. These notifications provide information about other users to help prevent edits on the same segment from being made simultaneously.
A notification with a red border means another OPE user is on the same project and viewing the same Target Language.
Multiple users can make edits on the same page at a time; however, editing conflicts can occur if more than one person is editing the same segment of text simultaneously.
If someone is editing on the same segment, the notification will appear on the “Target” box. This will cause editing conflicts.
A notification with a black border means another user is on the same project but is viewing a different Target Language.
A notification with a dotted red border means another user is viewing the same project, but the user is viewing the project in GL Web, not OPE. This notifies that segments are being reviewed and could be modified.
